Small Group Classes! 

Welcome to Small Group Instruction at Limber Arts!!

  • Small Group Classes are an excellent way to stay committed to your health and fitness goals while having fun

       and building community at the same time! 

 

  • Classes are limited to 5 people max, and run in cycles of 5 weeks. 

 

  • Participants register for a series of classes and then everyone learns the exercises together, with customized variations or progressions offered as you need, and as you get stronger! 

 

  • New workouts offered with each new class series. 

  • All classes are open to all levels, with personalized attention and variations offered for each individual.

Class Times & Dates

  • Sign up for a specific time

                             Monday Evenings at 5:15pm

                             Wednesday Mornings at 9:45am

  • Save The Date!  Upcoming class series dates are as follows:

                             October 21st - November 18th

                             December 2nd - 16th (mini 3 week series) 

                             January 6 - February 3th

FAQ's & Policies

  • Registration is first come, first serve, with current participants having priority access to registration.

  • Registration opens to everyone beginning two weeks before the week of a new series. 

 

  • If you know that you will be on vacation, or otherwise unable to attend all classes, then the cost can be prorated for up to one missed class in the series as long as this is discussed prior to payment. 

 

  • You may be able to transfer attendance to a different class time during the 5 week period, but this is dependent on schedules and availability and is not guaranteed.  

  • If Linnea is sick and needs to cancel class then she will issue a refund for the value of the class missed within 48 hours. 

  • You can manage your registration, make purchases, and view your account history by using the client scheduling app.  click here to download

I’ve had the most profound impact from working with Linnea Rothenmaier. I started doing her foot exercises daily at home and have come to know all of my compensation patterns. Since I started paying attention, my gait has improved so much that I no longer get pain in my toes and I am able to do stair exercises for posterior chain strengthening.
