Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to Pilates and Personal Training at Limber Arts. We work differently than a lot of other gyms and studios out there.
We're probably not going to be a good fit if you're looking for a drill sergeant or a totally kick your butt sweating buckets type of a workout.
On the other hand, if you're a recovering adrenaline seeker (like Linnea is) or if you have some curves in your spine or neck (like Robin and Linnea both do) then your definitely in the right place.
Whether your looking to improve core strength from the inside out, or build a functional training program that will help you run and play with less pain and more joy, we have an instructor/trainer who's ready to be your biggest cheerleader and help keep you motivated and accountable at every step of the way.
