Robin's journey into the world of Pilates began in 2014, sparked by a personal quest for relief from the chronic pain of scoliosis. With over 10 years of experience Robin is a knowledgeable and skilled instructor and she's ready to help you reach your health and fitness goals and feel the best you've felt in years!

I’ve had the most profound impact from working with Linnea Rothenmaier. I started doing her foot exercises daily at home and have come to know all of my compensation patterns. Since I started paying attention, my gait has improved so much that I no longer get pain in my toes and I am able to do stair exercises for posterior chain strengthening. Overall, my feet feel more powerful and less tired.
